Four ways, from a single conversation to a full custom build. Most people start with the free call and we figure out which tier fits from there.
Tell me what you're trying to do. I'll listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly whether I can help. No pitch. If you need something I don't offer, I'll point you toward someone or something that does.
Book a call →60 minutes over Zoom. By the end, you'll have a clear, written recommendation: which tools to use, in what order, and what they'll cost, whether you do it yourself or hire me.
Most people who book this don't need anything more.
Two hours together over Zoom. By the end, you have a working AI assistant installed on your computer, connected to your knowledge sources, with at least one custom skill built for the way you actually work.
You own everything. I send a written setup guide afterward so you can show it to anyone you want, or rebuild it yourself if you ever need to.
A fully custom AI agent, memory system, and skill set, built and evaluated against your real work. For practitioners and small organizations whose needs go beyond what a personal assistant can handle.
Custom builds are scoped together. We talk first, I write a clear scope and price, and you decide. Most builds run two to three months end to end.
Start with a free call →For clients who want me available as their assistant evolves. Email or text response within 2 business days, monthly check-in, minor tweaks included. Larger work billed at hourly rates.
Required for the first 60 days after a custom build deploys. Optional after that.
Custom builds and personal assistants have monthly running costs: model usage, hosting, sometimes things like phone numbers or extra integrations. You pay providers directly, on your own accounts, so you keep ownership and control. I'll walk you through expected costs before we start. Most independent-expert setups run $30-$100/month.
I keep my client list small on purpose so I can give every person real attention. If I'm at capacity, I'll tell you and let you know when a slot opens up.
